At Riverlake Homes, our Let Only service provides a straightforward solution for landlords. For a fixed fee of 7%, we take on the task of finding you the ideal tenant. Our comprehensive service includes:

• Advertising your property
• Performing essential checks (Right to Remain, credit checks, etc.)
• Organising the tenancy on your behalf

We also manage the collection of the tenant’s deposit and the first rental payment. Once the tenant has moved in, their deposit will be securely placed in a deposit protection scheme, and you will receive one month’s rent in advance. After these steps, the management of the property will revert back to you.
